Contact Pyaten

One email address, what to put in your message, and what Pyaten can and cannot help with.

There is one way to contact Pyaten and this page explains it. Corrections to our digital leisure and gaming coverage, questions, and commercial proposals all go to the same place, and below is how to write so that yours gets answered quickly.

The address

[email protected]

Write there and a human opens it. We never built a helpdesk system and have no plans to, because the volume does not need one.

If we got it wrong

Accuracy complaints jump the queue. Give us the sentence and the correction and skip the apology for complaining. The editorial policy explains what we do from there.

Beyond what we can do

There is a line between publishing about digital leisure and gaming and advising you personally, and we stay on the publishing side of it. That rules out account problems, disputes with third parties, and anything that depends on facts only you can see. See the legal notice.

Who answers

Messages are read by the same small group who write for Pyaten. There is no outsourced desk and no intern filtering the inbox before a decision maker sees it.

How long a reply takes

Two or three working days is normal. If a week passes with nothing, assume the message went astray and send it again rather than assuming we ignored you.

Before you send it

Two sentences of detail save a week of going back and forth.

  1. Request first, story second. We act on the request and read the story for context.
  2. The URL, not a summary of it. Pasting the link is faster for both of us than describing the page.
  3. Symptom and expectation. What the page did and what you thought it would do, side by side.
